Terms of Service

EFFECTIVE APRIL 19, 2026 · LAST UPDATED APRIL 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MedicareAEO ("Service," "we," "us"), operated by Kenztara Inc., a Utah corporation. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

MedicareAEO provides Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) services to licensed insurance agents and agencies. By purchasing, you represent that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Are a licensed insurance agent or authorized representative of a licensed agency
  • Have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your agency
  • Will provide accurate business information during onboarding

2. Services

AEO Retrofit

One-time setup fee of $997 plus recurring monthly subscription of $197 (or $297 for the higher tier). Includes schema injection, NAP audit, GBP optimization, FAQ installation, AI baseline report, and ongoing monthly AEO maintenance with new content pages.

AEO Complete

One-time setup fee of $2,997 plus recurring monthly subscription of $197 (or $297 for the higher tier). Includes everything in Retrofit plus a 6-page AEO-optimized website built on our hosting infrastructure.

Free AEO Audit

Complimentary AI visibility audit delivered as a PDF within 48 hours of request. No purchase required. We reserve the right to decline audit requests at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

  • Setup fees are charged in full at the time of purchase via Stripe
  • Monthly subscription fees begin 30 days after initial purchase and recur monthly thereafter
  • All fees are in U.S. Dollars
  • You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees
  • Failed payments: if a recurring charge fails, we will retry for 7 days before suspending service

4. Refund Policy

All Setup Fees Are Final and Non-Refundable. Setup fees of $997 (Retrofit) and $2,997 (Complete) are non-refundable from the moment of payment. We allocate delivery resources, schedule your slot, and begin technical work immediately upon purchase. Please review your selection carefully before completing checkout.

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future billing; no prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Cancellation Policy

Early Cancellation Fee — First 6 Months. If you cancel your monthly subscription within the first 6 months from the date of purchase, a one-time early cancellation fee of $497 applies. This covers continued schema hosting, NAP citation maintenance, and AI ranking infrastructure provisioned for your account. After 6 months, you may cancel at any time with no fee.

To cancel, email [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Upon cancellation:

  • We stop producing new monthly deliverables
  • Schema code and installed content remains on your website (you own it)
  • Monthly AEO maintenance, GBP posting, and AI tracking cease
  • For AEO Complete customers, you may migrate your website to your own hosting within 30 days of cancellation (we provide a full export). After 30 days, the hosted website may be removed.

6. Deliverables and Ownership

  • You own the content we create for your business: FAQs, pages, schema markup, and copy.
  • We own the underlying methodology, templates, systems, and proprietary frameworks used to produce deliverables.
  • You grant us permission to reference your business name and cite your published content as a case study, unless you opt out in writing.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful business information during onboarding
  • Grant access required to implement the service (e.g., website admin, Google Business Profile, domain DNS)
  • Respond to requests for information within 5 business days, or we may pause delivery
  • Not resell, copy, or redistribute our deliverables to third parties without written permission
  • Comply with all applicable laws and insurance regulations in your jurisdiction

8. Performance Disclaimer

MedicareAEO cannot guarantee specific rankings, citations, or business outcomes. AI search engines use proprietary and frequently changing algorithms beyond our control. We commit to delivering the services described; we do not guarantee that your agency will appear in any specific AI engine response. Historical performance of our methodology is not indicative of future results.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use MedicareAEO services for:

  • Unlicensed insurance practice
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading marketing
  • Content that violates CMS or state insurance department regulations
  • Harassment, defamation, or illegal activity

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited use.

10. Intellectual Property

All MedicareAEO trademarks, logos, content, methodologies, and software remain our property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the services you have purchased.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party platforms (Stripe for payments, Google Business Profile, AI search engines, hosting providers). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs or policies may affect our deliverables.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedicareAEO and Kenztara Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedicareAEO, Kenztara Inc., and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Grand County, Utah, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property matters.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or prohibited use. Upon termination, Sections 6 (Ownership), 10 (IP), 12 (Liability), 13 (Indemnification), and 14 (Governing Law) survive.
