These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MedicareAEO ("Service," "we," "us"), operated by Kenztara Inc., a Utah corporation. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MedicareAEO provides Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) services to licensed insurance agents and agencies. By purchasing, you represent that you:
One-time setup fee of $997 plus recurring monthly subscription of $197 (or $297 for the higher tier). Includes schema injection, NAP audit, GBP optimization, FAQ installation, AI baseline report, and ongoing monthly AEO maintenance with new content pages.
One-time setup fee of $2,997 plus recurring monthly subscription of $197 (or $297 for the higher tier). Includes everything in Retrofit plus a 6-page AEO-optimized website built on our hosting infrastructure.
Complimentary AI visibility audit delivered as a PDF within 48 hours of request. No purchase required. We reserve the right to decline audit requests at our discretion.
All Setup Fees Are Final and Non-Refundable. Setup fees of $997 (Retrofit) and $2,997 (Complete) are non-refundable from the moment of payment. We allocate delivery resources, schedule your slot, and begin technical work immediately upon purchase. Please review your selection carefully before completing checkout.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future billing; no prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
Early Cancellation Fee — First 6 Months. If you cancel your monthly subscription within the first 6 months from the date of purchase, a one-time early cancellation fee of $497 applies. This covers continued schema hosting, NAP citation maintenance, and AI ranking infrastructure provisioned for your account. After 6 months, you may cancel at any time with no fee.

MedicareAEO cannot guarantee specific rankings, citations, or business outcomes. AI search engines use proprietary and frequently changing algorithms beyond our control. We commit to delivering the services described; we do not guarantee that your agency will appear in any specific AI engine response. Historical performance of our methodology is not indicative of future results.
You may not use MedicareAEO services for:
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited use.
All MedicareAEO trademarks, logos, content, methodologies, and software remain our property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the services you have purchased.
Our services integrate with third-party platforms (Stripe for payments, Google Business Profile, AI search engines, hosting providers). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs or policies may affect our deliverables.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedicareAEO and Kenztara Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedicareAEO, Kenztara Inc., and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Grand County, Utah, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property matters.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or prohibited use. Upon termination, Sections 6 (Ownership), 10 (IP), 12 (Liability), 13 (Indemnification), and 14 (Governing Law) survive.
